Shaahi Masala!

1 kg chicken, Lamb or Beef
1 medium onion, peeled, chopped
1 large tomato, peeled, chopped
1 tbsp TCC special blend
4 tsp TCC mix masala
1 tbsp Ginger&garlic paste
1 tsp TCC turmeric powder
2 tsp TCC garam masala
3 curry leaves
2 tbsp oil
Fresh coriander for garnish
Salt to taste

Heat oil, add onion, curry leaves, fry until light golden brown! Add masala mix, turmeric, special blend, ginger paste & tomato! Cook & Mix into a puree! Add meat, salt to taste, cook on medium heat until meat is tender! Be careful to prevent any burning! When the meat has cooked, add garam masala! Then simmer for a further 10 minutes on a low heat! Garnish with fresh coriander leaves! Serve with rotis, Naan or rice!
